Spousal payment

Follow Us

Spousal Support is something that a couple in a relationship considers when they decide to separate legally. The conflict may lie in who pays who and how much Alimony is set to be paid each month. Once the divorce has been filed, it can be agreed upon with the help of a facilitator. If the request cannot be met by a facilitator then the case continues to process and once it goes to court. The judge then determines the circumstances and decides whether it is applicable and the final amount due to be paid each month. You can also request spousal support during the court proceedings if it is deemed necessary and applicable in the case.
