Many times in years after a divorce has been finalized, circumstances drastically change.  If significant changes occur, you may need to modify your divorce agreement.

Family issues that may need to be modified include:

·         Child support – Your children may reach majority age or enter college

·         Child custody – An older child’s needs are much different than an infant’s needs

·         Visitation – Your child reaches majority or a parent moves

·         Alimony – Receiving spouse is remarried

·         Divorce agreement is not followed

It can be very frustrating and upsetting when your former spouse does not keep his or her end of the divorce agreement.  No matter what your post-divorce issue is, contact an experienced Riverside Family Law attorney who understands the aggravation you are going through and can assist you in your time of need.
